For spectators

The Tunison Foundation's 2026 Wings, Wheels, and Other Things event is shaping up to be a fantastic day of education and entertainment for the entire family! In addition to museum aircraft, show cars, and military vehicles on display, the following features and amenities will be offered:

  • Warbird Rides (via the CAF New York Wing)

  • Flight Simulator (via the Tunison Foundation)

  • Food Trucks

  • Sheltered Seating Area

For show car owners

More information about trophies and requirements, in coordination with Dutchess County Cruisers, will be provided here as it becomes available. Please be aware that alcohol will not be permitted onsite.

For military vehicle owners

– All participants must register with the bivouac coordinator. Contact us for further details.

– Reenactors will be directed to staff and crew parking, and must be in full uniform during the event.

– Operational firearms must comply with federal, state, and local laws and restrictions. Please be aware that firing of live ammunition, including blanks, will not be permitted.

– Vehicles must arrive for positioning between 6:00 A.M. and 9:30 A.M.

– Vehicles may have up to 6 crew.

– Open fires or flames are not permitted.

– Pyrotechnics are not permitted.

– Vehicles movements must be coordinated in advance with event staff.

– Pre-approval for merchandise sales and donation solicitations is required.

– All temporary structures (tents, etc.) must be removed from show grounds by 6:00 P.M.

– Vehicle exits will be coordinated by event staff.

For show aircraft owners and pilots

For further information about displaying your aircraft, including concurrently with the 2026 NATA Poughkeepsie Formation Clinic taking place in the days prior to the event, please reach out to Luc Zipkin at (914) 602-4846. Static parking will be provided for historic aircraft, including vintage military and civilian types. Owners and pilots will have access to the air-conditioned VIP area, meal vouchers, and refreshments.

For visiting general aviation aircraft owners and pilots

For transient GA parking, please contact FlightLevel Aviation POU ahead of time for parking and fuel details. 100LL and Jet A are available, as are shuttles from FBO parking to the event site.
